Hate it or Love it, #FinalFantasy Unlimited was a whole lot better than Square's early attempts into bringing the series in different media. That includes that horrid, awful "Legend of the Crystals" one. #Anime
Quite surprised and actually happy to know a regular enemy from the first game on the series was bumped into Dragon status on #StreetsOfRage4 to be honest.
Etna was pretty much the only reason why I clinged to the #Disgaea series. Without her the games seem bland to me.
I mean, the director himself makes sure that you watch any Anime on that art style for its designs alone, coupled with female characters bearing next to nothing and adding other things like incest to create shock value more than anything else. Why bother make sense of story.
If there's a main #FinalFantasy protagonist I hated the most it would be Squall. Not sure why Squaresoft then wanted the hero to be so edgy to the point of being a total jerk most of the time to the point that I wished I could play as anybody else on it.
Poor Freya Crescent. Her people get obliterated, her love doesn't recognize her after searching for him for years, and the game wants us to feel sorry for that two-bit monkey tailed hack of a jerkwad instead. I feel like #FinalFantasy IX had a lot of misguided issues here.
