New OC costume!
This is a costume Norioh uses for more formal events such as ballroom parties. Often her friends would crack jokes about how she looks as though she's getting married - something she secretly wishes for.

Rominus is the Archangel of Sound. She's very caring, supportive and patient.
However, she's been cursed by her powerful flute, the Breath of Elysium - a flute that amplifies magic power in return for cursing its owner.

Although she can be snobby, she is incredibly intelligent and would probably come up with hundreds of ways of improving the world around her.
Alongside this, she has powerful magic capable of enacting on her plans.
