All three Wanda's join the fight against the kaiju's, they’re all defeated, Maiden and Crone fade away while Crone says this to Wanda. It was actually very interesting as it seems to be a callback to Scarlet Witch (2015) where it's canon that magic has a cost, such as short life.

We also get this and it's not very impactful at all because apparently healing is getting yelled at and being told to forgive yourself or take accountability. But hey they did a Maiden, Mother, Crone reference just like scarlet -- wiccan predicted (her posts on Wanda are great)!!
