Head detail 🔍 “Flos nasus”

Flos nasus - I’ve had this sketch laying around for years and finally decided to finish it up. Playing around with all of the different surface textures was fun.

Creating fictional birds as “creatures” is a lot of fun! 😊 I especially love Hornbills, what are some of your favorite species?

Grass Dogs - I’ve been playing around with this idea of elementals in the form of various animals. This one is a bit more abstract but adding grass, moss and fungi… As well as a bulb for the head has been a lot of fooling around and playing with this idea.
