I finally figured out my issue when making 3D characters, it was the eyes! Making proper 3D eyes has always been my downfall, but hey, as soon as I got that covered, I'm substantially more happy with it, and it even matches my 2D style.

I saw the Werewires and went:

Bright CYM colors, faceless, lanky, brain drain, long ears, tf fodder....
