When Wally got the news that Bart would be going back to the 30th century, Wally visited to give him Barry’s ring as well as share some of his regrets that they couldn’t get along as well as he wishes.

Regardless of the attitude and recklessness(even more so now that he was upset), Bart was expecting to get lectured but Wally did acknowledge Bart and was kind to him.

Wally shares the news that he would be dying, and appoints Jesse as the new Flash in his stead, which makes Bart even more upset with Wally.

Wally gets frustrated and asked Max for help, he then asks everyone else and they all try to help teach Bart together.

Bart (rightfully) gets upset after what happened and shows Wally even more attitude. He doesn’t wanna listen to Wally anymore.

Bart and Wally first met when Iris brought Bart to Wally so he’d help stop the rapid aging issue Bart was facing, he aged 12 years in just 2. He would’ve died in no time. When Wally stopped it, he spent time with Bart and he reminded him too much of himself.

It’s kinda weird that the first time we see Hartley with Wally in YEARS is them fighting then he leaves without a word. I miss them being best friends
