The 'flower' powers Ino uses in the games are derived from her skills in the Manga and Anime, so they are basically canon. Ino mostly uses shinobi flowers "Ninja Wolfsbane" techniques in games which she had used in manga, and sometimes she attaches explosive tags on them 💐

How I wish we got to see Ino and Inoichi's bonding more during Shippūden. Anyhow, Inoichi must be SO proud of Ino up there, the way last episode of boruto showed Ino carrying her father's legacy while trying to inspire her son the same way Inoichi inspired her melts my heart.
