In April of 1986, workers at the Ukrainian Chernobyl Power Plant reported seeing a strange creature flying over the facility. Days later, the plant would melt down. Some saw this as a warning, for the bird resembled the notorious Mothman of Point Pleasant, Virginia.
According to the Pittsburgh Press on May 3rd, 1905, people around the Buena Vista, Colorado reported seeing a “Dog with a Human Face”, such as one woman who saw the creature while crossing a bridge on her horse.
Sept 27th: In 1989, a group of children in Voronezh, Soviet Union (now Russia), saw a UFO and a strange looking alien. According to the Russian News Agency, the boys were playing football when they saw a pink glow in the sky, followed by a “three-eyed” alien.
In the 1970s, an unnamed witness (who was twelve years old at the time) claimed to have seen a featherless, lizard-skinned flying reptile over the skies of Honolulu, Hawaii. Similar creatures were reported in 1999, 2012, and 2013.
May 13th: In 2001, during the Monkey Man scare in New Delhi, India, 15 people suffered injuries from alleged Monkey Man attacks. These attacks ranged from bruises, to bites, to scratches. Some speculate if the attacks even happened, and are just the result of mass hysteria.
On December 16th, 1957, in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, Mary M. Starr reported seeing A UFO, followed by featureless aliens with transparent cube heads with red orbs in the middle for heads. As quickly as it began, the UFO took off, never to be seen again.
The Wasgo is a creature from Haida folklore, describing a “sea wolf”. Said to live off the shores of British Colombia & Hecate Strait, it’s said that a young man used sea creature skin to deceive fish while night fishing. A pair of whales turned him into the Wasgo in retaliation.
