@WillCoffeeBeer I ended up collecting the Dark Horse Manga of 3X3 Eyes and that really made me appreciate what folks mean when they say manga is better. The difference in storytelling quality was less depth for the vol. 2 ova series. Vol. 1 was pretty close, but that ova has some visual issues

@neumaverick My supply of dvds to borrow dried up very quickly so I had a patchwork supply of early Youtube, random anime streaming sites with incomplete series, poor internet streaming quality making episodes take 3 hours to watch, and a recorded vhs copy of Endless Waltz on Toonami.
