Practiced Magic is more concentrated, but weaker bc conduits like rune wands are disposable. They use up all their energy at once. Magi get a constant flow of energy through their Phosum (magic veins). Having it cut off somehow can kill them.

I had a really weird dream last night where there was a huge, weird update to Legends and there was a new Eeveeloution? Idk what exact type it was but it looked like a feline/owl. Probably more cat-like than this but dream shapes are weird
