Pokémon no.6 is Darkrai! Darkrai’s whole thing is giving people nightmares which is similar to Itachi’s Tsukoyomi.
Pokémon no.5 is Zoroark! I picked this because the Pokédex says it protects its lair with illusions and Itachi is proficient at genjutsu. Also, Zoroark can make itself look like others and the transformation jutsu is a common one in Naruto.
Pokémon no.4 on the team is Shiftry. I figured since Shiftry obviously has leaves for hands and Itachi is from the Leaf Village it fits. Also Shiftry has Pokédex entries about reading foes’ minds and taking preemptive action, similar to the sharingan reading opponents’s movements
Pokémon no. 3 is Absol.
Spoilers for the reasoning:
It might be a bit of a stretch but Absol being falsely accused of causing disasters when it’s really trying to warn people is like Itachi being labeled a criminal when he actually did what he did to protect the leaf village.
Pokemon no.1 added to Itachi’s team is of course Honchkrow. Since, y’know, he’s got that whole crow shtick going on.
