16. Hm… i guess. Here is Waltz, i created him alongside a world and a setting, had to do him for a character creation class. He has nothing to do in the megaman world, but he is heavily inspired by one of my fav RMs Search Man. Idk if u guys wanna know more of him.

2. A clean tie between Sheep Man and Cut Man. Cut man had always been special to me because its the one i loved when i was dumbass kid. Sheep Man is more recent and he is just cute and i love him.
