Happy (very late) birthday to @VillyValley ! It was both a nice challenge and a lot of fun to draw Viktor for ya! I hope that the future is bright for you and whatever projects you put your mind to are a success, being your friend has been truly wonderful!

Of course, it wouldn't be fair if the protagonists got overdrive forms and not their rivals right? So naturally, Flo and Dawn also got their overdrive forms!

As I said, Frontiers got me inspired. Now to do what? Well since the super sonic battles are the highlight of the game obviously I had to make the overdrive forms of my own characters!
I definitely have plans on giving them boss fights, hopefully in a similar vain to frontiers!

Next up, I did draw all 4 protagonists showcasing their weapons! the backgrounds are edited stock images as a kinda one off thing, and most of the poses are based off genshin's "weapon hold" poses. Nonetheless I figured they were ideal for showing off their weapons!

To start with, much like my last post, I've given an overhaul to Brendi's transformed state as well! This armour had only ever been shown on an old ref sheet of hers, and honestly looked a bit clunky, needless to say I'm much happier with how its more streamlined look now!

Of course, with the main heroes redesigned, the rivals were inevitably going to get the same treatment! I'm a bit iffy on Flo's design so I could change it further in the future, but I'm REALLY happy with Dawn's new look! The pastel/80s getup seemingly works well for her!

I recently got the Megaman X legacy collections, and had fun playing them so far, so figured I'd do a reploid version of Stormy, given that a lot of them are humanoid animals!

Continuing the concepts, here's what I'd call a "hunt/combat" mode. In terms of appearance, it only darkens their scleras ('cause digital screen eyes), but it wildly increases their performance and makes them more aggressive, at the cost of tripling their battery consumption.

I'm really proud of how Dawn's new design ended up looking so I decided to expand on it, giving her 3 different variants of her outfit, each with its own name!

I'm definitely on a streak with these redesigns, this time it's for Dusk and Kristi! I had two objectives with these designs, make them simple to draw, and make them representative of their respective elements. All while still retaining parts of their original designs of course!
