Personally, I find Vaggie the easiest to draw.

The only trouble I had with her was the coloring.
But that was only because I wasn't used to the filter, that adds the grainy effect, back then

I tend to notice she doesn't have that many appearances on merch or with the main cast

Which makes me wonder what role they would give her instead but until then, she's cute to draw
