Today's Mae is a faerie I once met while meditating on a train listening to pop music. She was super nice. The biggest thing I remembered was her modern clothing.

Day 5: Brownies!
These Scottish Faeries like to help around the house. If you notice that you don't have to dust as often as you should, or that something you were meaning to do got done without you remembering how it got done, thank a brownie. A good gift for them is food!

I've had this thought of faeries living in tulips. This is a bit of a goodbye to the tulips on campus. They were taken out by the gardeners this last week.

Day 3 of Mae is a Naiad, or a fresh water Nymph. They are considered friendly water faeries, and are known for having relationships with humans and gods.
