Vegeta (SSJ3) - Revamp Support V1.

Update: Thanks to Sadies on discord, we were able to get the Super Saiyan Hair, so we will be using that instead of the Super Saiyan Blue Hair.

After some helpful advice from everyone, here's hopefully the final Revamp Super Kaioken.

Spiked Hair

Originally, Kaito Kid was to do the Super Saiyan 2 and 3 Vegito for Expanded, but with his departure from the team, we had to make another version, this one created by Goku Black.
