Happy 100th to 'Häxan' (1922)!

Danish director Benjamin Christensen's fictional horror-documentary celebrates its 100th anniversary this year.

A highly experimental film, quite unlike anything else.

Carl Th. Dreyer's 'Michael' was adapted from the 1904 novel 'Mikaël' by the Danish writer Herman Bang.

'The Henpecked Husband's Birthday' stars FREDERIK BUCH.
He appeared in around 200 films, most of them short comedies produced by Nordisk. In Germany he was known as ‘Knoppchen’.
