Just finished up rewatching the Arlong park arc in One Piece. So I decided to draw the goodest of fishmen bois: Hatchan, he's one of the best parts of this arc and I'm glad he returns later in the series.

@AnntanDesu I mean I am too, but i just want to see it fully before i attempt to draw it, when they redesigned the firefox ahri skin, I drew it and then realized i messed up the top twice. Only when i saw the splashart did i actually get it right.
