Arcus III for #PC98 continues the trend of nice #dungeoncrawler graphics. Here's a cinematic landscape I stitched together and some enemies that I didn't add to the draft layout for the book.

Suzaku (SUZAKU スザク), #PC98 #dungeoncrawler has amazing monster art and a really catchy intro. Also has some nice long shots in the intro I can stitch together. Going to be fun choosing screenshots for the DRPG book!
We'd be really lucky to get translations of these!
I was inspired by hearing about @attackthemoon playing Shining in the Darkness and decided to learn a new Photoshop skill: manual stitching. Here's a panorama of the town.

Checking out the DOS version Spirit of Adventure. Noticed these cameos by Arnold and Sean Connery. 🤣
It's so fun to explore these old games!
@SnowyAria The first game I found was "Nicoll." In that game, you fight enemies in the dungeon and "save" women from evil. Each floor has a boss. The saved woman gives you the password for a door that leads to the next level.
Spent most of the week cleaning up the master layouts for the #dungeoncrawler book. Got back to screenshots tonight with Xenomorph for #Amiga, #C64, #AtariST, and #DOS. Interesting sci-fi theme, but the "hand" mouse-pointer is strange...
Waxworks (1992 Amiga/DOS) has some amazing artwork, but the combat is clunky at best. It has a point-and-click adventure vibe to it, but it does have labyrinths. My favorite was the Jack the Ripper dungeon (blue one in the pics).
Looking at Captive for #Amiga. Not sure if this dinosaur spit a head at my party or if that's one of their heads on the ground! (I was too busy fumbling for the screenshot key 😓)

La Saga du Mal, unreleased #AmstradCPC #dungeoncrawler written by Sylvestre Campin.
Demo was just screenshots and some animations. Here's some screenshots.
