@NeuroRebel @ZebraW2015 When I reach my 'threshold', it does not matter who is around me I want to be alone. I need time to process my thoughts, so become quiet and shut myself off completely socially. Meltdown is full of energy/fustration and those around me don't understand me. Equally I would say.
