I think about Castlevania Judgement every now and again... that game was just nonsensical fun, though it had that easy to learn, hard to master design philosophy. Anyone could pick the game up with ease, but you weren't beating someone who sat down to learn combos and the like.

You can't blink now a days without seeing a cross-over between companies. But, this will always be incredibly monumental to me, because I was still under the impression that Nintendo and Square-Enix were still on rocky waters in regards to future partnerships.

He’s fighting these horribly mangled creatures with no form, they’re completely abstracted as if they were generated by geometry itself. What if these creatures were conjured by a diluted Infinite? But how could he still have the power of the Phantom Ruby without it in his chest?

I hope the re-release for 'Monster Tale' shows up at Summer Gamefest 2022. I really hope it's not canceled... it was announced in 2020, I believe? There's still no word from Majesco Entertainment. DreamRift are incredible Developers, I wish they made more Metroidvanias.
