Tekken 7 P2: A pallette swap of his P1, but a better version of it IMO, almost exclusively because of the shoes matching the pants lol. I LOVE that it calls back the T5 colors. Incredibly clean design, I know a lot of pro players use this costume!
I'm a HUGE fan of the new...gauntlets? Idk🤔 The fact they extend all the way up to his shoulders looks awesome, and I respect the more subdued use of flames this time. My only complaint is the shoes, they look a little goofy and stand out a bit much from his pants IMO.
Tekken 7 P1: They must've heard the fan love for the hoodie because they made a brand new version of it for T7! It also is a dope hybrid of being a hoodie + incorporating elements of a biker jacket in, which hadn't been used in over 15 years! (cont'd)
I do really like the new gauntlets, especially the part near the elbows but overall it seems they were playing it safe here. And unfortunately this look would remain unchanged until T8. But Jin's P1 design wasn't the only lackluster thing about T6, because hoo boi, his story...😒
T5 Dark Resurrection only included simple pallette swaps (like most characters) so not much to say here. The reddish-purple on the hoodie is a nice look though.
Tekken 5 P1: My favorite iteration of the classic design. Takes what worked best from his T4 look, but fixes the black/white split that I didn't like as much. Now we have all black pants but a much larger white flame, while sporting similar but slightly tweaked gloves! (cont'd)
Furthermore, the hood covering his face really shows the isolation that Jin has put himself in after what he's gone through in T3. Bonus points for keeping the awesome gloves his P1 costume uses, and also looking mad comfy. Ten outta ten. 👌🔥👌🔥
Tekken 4 P1: Alright now we're getting to the good stuff! If it wasn't already clear that Jin was a conflicted/tragic hero, this costume spells it out for ya, doing a great job of representing the two sides of Jin's morality. He's tossed his old gauntlets- (cont'd)
Tekken Tag 1 P1: Big day for blue fans. Purely a pallette swap of his T3 P1 outfit, but my dude looks good in blue.
Tekken 3 P1: The classic. Immediately conveys his ties to Kazuya with the pants + flames motif and silver studded red gauntlets, but also differentiates the two by being the opposite color; black. The white drawstring modernizes it a bit too, making them more like sweatpants
