one thing that won't ever change: I really dislike working on magic effects, fire and stuff like that

I dislike the "coloring on grayscale and then applying color" method but it makes figuring out the lighting easier..?

yeah I have no idea what I'm doing with the colors??? I'll try rescuing this..... somehow

maybe it'll look ok when finished if i manage to fix the pose somehow
