#FinalFantasy Emperor Mateus is such a cool and underrated FF villain. Dude literally dies and resurrects himself using the powers of Hell because he’s THAT hellbent on being ruler of the world. The extent of this man’s god complex is unmatched. Plus his design is dope.

Before I committed to imitating Ayami Kojima’s art style, there was a point where I wanted to imitate Yoshitaka Amano’s art style. I kinda gave up on it after a while because well, I just thought Ayami Kojima’s style looked better and more consistent to work with.
