as far as i can tell you can't directly manipulate the RGB channel in rgss3's bitmap class but you can also get this effect by layering 3 of the same image in each pure color channel with an additive blending mode
the best thing about these is they all can work really wonderfully together! Feel free to share in this thread anything you come up with!
