Was recently reminded of the time I went punting and this happened…twice. Only, I also managed to dip my face into the water. Not any other part of me, just my face.

Monday morning dawn chorus.
Despite the grogginess, spirits were lifted with a particularly loud and presumably cheerful dawn chorus this morning. Though it set me to wondering if all birds feel the same about such early morn positivity.
