I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that #2 may be the first chapter book in publishing history to feature FIVE Latinx (Mexican American) characters on the cover ... one of them an Afro-Latina.
Most of the Northwestern shore of the lake (and the Western shores of the lakes to its north) was considered Mēxihco, including the cities of Azcapotzalco, Tenāyohcān, Tepēyac, Ehcatepēc, Cuauhtitlan, Chicōnauhtlan, etc.
Most of the Iztapalāpan Peninsula, too.
