3rd, rig a character with the parts.
Usually rigging is a such grinding repeating works.
But, you know,I have Lollo animation tool : D
So just one click, I can finish rigging!
Finally, I settled on a dark isometric world with creepy monsters at the end of 2018. The art style was not completed yet, but the combat system was almost done.
From the oldest playable, late 2015. Drawn by hand, only for left/right. Though, was a unique concept to fight while keep protecting a princess :p

By separating animations from character, I could blend motions. Characters can transition between motions smoothly, Aenor could react the surrounding situation keeping her main action. eg. When she faces enemies, you will draws your sword keeping walking.
