Day 21 of #smaugust2020.

This multiheaded fiend has the undoing of many wannabe adventurers. They colour their manes in bloodcaked dirt to appear more impressive to those that cross their path.

Day 19 of #smaugust2020.

This dragon sets up it's nest underneath crossroads and feeds on unfulfilled souls. It's strictly nocturnal but can be lured out with the use of a pentagram. It is discouraged to seek them out as many have gone missing in search of it's treasures...

Day 18 of #smaugust2020.

A glowing terror of the night. These dragons use echolocation to track their targets and use their tentacle like limbs to secure and kill it's victim. They look rather frightening in the dark and many farmers lament the loss of their livestock to them.

Day 17 of #smaugust2020.

Large in size and drawn to light, this dragon is commonly seen blocking out the moon on a cloudless night. It's glowing backside is used to draw in smaller bugs and creatures for consumption. Very few remain due to lack of space and food.

Day 14 of #smaugust2020.

A prehistoric dragon with powerful legs and not so powerful wings. These dragons relied on their feathers to keep warm during the nights and thanks to them they made it through the great extinction into today.

Day 13 of #smaugust2020.

A dangerous dragon that only appears during the blood moon. This dragon preys on lost souls that wander the night. Those lucky enough to get away describe it as beautiful yet oddly off putting, something about it being distinctly wrong...

Day 12 of #smugust2020.

A gentle giant who sleeps in the shallow ocean for thousands of years. The ecosystem full of birds have used him as a vacation spot for centuries and get very confused whenever he moves.

Day 8 of #smaugust2020.

This fragile looking dragon is often seen strutting around in deserts letting light pool through their shimmering wings in a wonderful display. Don't be fooled by them though, they are very aggressive and aren't afraid to use extensive force.

Day 6 of #smaugust2020.

This dragon lives in the Icelandic volcanos and, contrary to it's beast like appearance, is very friendly as long as you respect it's personal space. It's hide cracks open to reveal a lava-like substance that locals often use to warm themselves.
