@Teiukaa @SpadesArchive There's Elric. Written, huge forerunner for dark fantasy and one of the Sword and Sorcery fathers. Is hard to not mention Conan on this, even Tolkien read it, some of the best artist of the silver age adapted it like Buscema and Alfredo Alcala. Same thing for Voltar and Requiem

@shardbased @ArashiYote An essential point for sure; to add to the ink work. I think Steve Oliff is the great example of this. Otomo literally spended some time with him before deciding if he would color Akira. Some people still hates it, same thing for Tatjana Wood on Swamp Thing

@DemonSlayerJon Nice. Picking just a single panel is really hard, i found page composition more appealing on this aspect. At this moment this is my 2 favorite. Besides that this Carol Day is a favorite for sure and this J.H Williams work on Promethea too
