Research, learning new tools, & making new assets for yourself is almost ALWAYS worth the time, because that's time you're putting into making yourself better at your craft. Don't make your schedule SO tight that you don't have room to try new things! #webcomicchat

- Mercury from Pumpkin Scissors

Important in any comic pitch format:
- Does the audience know it's a comic already or do you have to mention that?
- Pick language that conveys tone, genre, age range & unique hooks.
- Simplify! Don't use terms/concepts someone who hasn't read it won't understand.

A banner ad pitch might be even shorter than that! Here's one I've used before.
