Vent art on my birthday? Why not! XD old vent art from February I finally finished. I ended up really liking the backdrop. It was fun to work on despite being sad lol.
Amd now I'm 23 years old! Fun fact I was born 6-7 weeks early 👈😎👈 really my birthday should be July 30th 😂

I underestimated how useful having a grey blase underneath my shadow layers was. It allows me to focus on values and form with no distractions. I keep my sketch layer above my shadows for reference.
Shadow colors are still ugly AF but I'll change that when I'm done shading.
