I never really liked Rare’s tactic of developing a new game only to rework it into something entirely different.

Sure, the Banjo & Conker we know today exist because of these changes but I feel like they could’ve co-existed with Project Dream and Twelve Tales respectively.

Bomberman is peak video game character design.

I don’t even know what he’s supposed to be, some chibi white ninja with giant beady eyes and pink balls for hands? It just shows how distinctive of a mascot he is.

Honestly, Thrash was based.

He felt like an excuse to vent about Ken Penders’ ridiculous obsession with Echidnas and his copyright bullshit.

I love how the redesign of Ray’s shoes is the closest we’ll ever get to Archie being acknowledged and canonized into the games.

(Not counting the Satam cameos in Spinball)
