Gen 6- Yet another underrated ghost type. But also gen 6 had some really good forgettable mons? Pancham comes close to winning this.

Gen 4- When it comes to the gen 4 powerhouses that everyone had on their team, Gliscor is rarely mentioned. Which sucks because he is one of the best Pokémon competitively in the gen with a dope design to back it up. Togekiss runner up but I think it gets more love.
