i might or might not went a bit too ham on this when i was excited to make this look good

@solpiperita yea i first research references and try to learn the muscles structure, heres SOME of them
then i sketch out the lines of the rough shape for the character im drawing while i stare at them, and then paint base color>rough shadows>darker rough shadows>highlight>even darker shadows

ngl, im actually happy with how this is turning out considering my track record with muscular duds was kinda terrible
