I can’t fly for long; these wings are built for gliding and hovering more than anything else. Some days it’s just nice to take a power up and experience that for a bit… though the landings are sometimes difficult.

I don’t seem to notice space distorting around me. The subtle bend in the floorboards, the pavement becoming just a little more cracked. “Leaned over a friend and they became a belly sticker until they popped out!”, as if that’s the most normal thing.
