The Way how I'm doing the Shading of my Josch here... This will become the public Illustration Version, when I do the Background xD

(Technically, there's another finished Version with the Regular Shading, however I plan to use that more for Announcements and that Stuff)

Many People say, the GTA Vice City Mission "Demolition Man" is very hard...
