i drew a pinocchio lizardman head. @nobylu thank you for the suggestion!

nothing major design-wise. i assume it will take a role of a skink. much like a chameleon skink and use blowdarts. which necessitated forward facing eyes. and some facepaint

tried updating the head designs of lizardman saurus as an alternative to the more dinosaur looking modern renditions

here side by side with what i can only presume to be...a lychguard? so they arent as big as a necropolis stalker or an ogryn. but definitely bigger than the lych guards? primaris necron? the guess of priah comes from lack of joints in the arms compared to the lych guard

the base mesh for helmet, shoulder and body armor is done. im not feeling up to the challenge of doing the arms and legs yet. those a a lil more complex

so i chilled out doing some paintovers to see what customization i can put on

sure space marines are pretty cool. but the one thing that really tickles my pickles are chaos warriors from warhammer fantasy. they are like space marines...but just powered by chaos and mammoth meat

and here are some of the cultists/serfs. most of these designs sprout from a preexisting miniature. i just find it easier to picture the characters as a completed model if i have something to work from.
