@KumaZone They already had Mariah, and if they needed a second they could have used Nena? Like they'd still have to make up a moveset, but they wouldn't need to ask Araki to design her from scratch.
(Also come to think of it, High Priestess and Empress are very similar stands lol)

Hmmmmm, This panel seems very important to me. I know they undercut it with a relationship joke right afterwards, but it seems like its too significant to present on its own like this just as a set up for a punchline.
