Never heard of Rage of the dragons until recently, its got some neat character designs. Apparently it was supposed to a Double Dragon successor (though due to legal reasons had to just make references), and even some of the characters guest starred in the Power Instinct series.

Ohhh cool fact about this guy in particular Capcom used a simpler version technique they used for Gill in Street Fighter to flip the sprite colors
