This guy had probably the biggest change. Max was originally a small wingless bird, like a kiwi. I decided that was not a good idea and made him taller and into a stork

Jeff started out as a doodle of a generic shark in some space suit and i kinda stuck with that idea only that he is cuter now (also note that the limbs are part of the suit, he didn't grow arms and legs)

Gwen was originally a ghost, but then in a stroke of genius decided to make her a living snail (there was an idea to give her an tragic backstory with that ghost idea or something like that but that's completely thrown out the window now) This early doodle is from 2015 i think
