Day 21 of artists that inspire: Mia Shinda! She's a costumer and model who does fantasy, horror, and post-apoc works. Her post-apoc work is really interesting because she mixes it with other unexpected styles (Egypt/historical/circus/pinup/etc).
Day 18 of artists (I missed yesterday): Sylva Hattington. A haberdasher & art director, everything she does is insanely gorgeous. I knew her from the 00s alt-porn days when she went by Scar, she used to own the coolest photo studio in LA & she inspired me to make my mirror box!
Day 8 of artists that inspire: Rob Shields! He's another awesome cyberpunk illustrator that does incredible stuff w/tech integration like AR-reactive comic books (check out Neon Wasteland). His animations are super rad and his ArtStation is worth a look 👀https://t.co/3EsfldwQMx
Day 7 of artists that inspire: @pascalblanche
Pascal is a games industry art director & concept artist who has worked on a ton of big franchises. I love his texture & shading techniques & his mix of muted & bright color palettes. I'm working on a costume inspired by his work!
A bit o' water magic for your holiday weekend.

These are my favorite Steam capsules for games on NextFest.
If you wonder at all how important key art/capsule art is for your game, scroll through the demos in NextFest and see which games you gravitate toward and which ones you scroll right past.
