Every megalomaniacal ballistics genius needs his own action figure, so we are going for it!

Body and leg articulation sorted on 3D model. Mechanical details, wiring, and bulb work next.

May be disastrous.
Almost certainly will be epic.

But that’s Dr. Vilyab in a nutshell.

My middle school binder burst with sketches of space armadas. I turned back the clock and drew a Maelstrom light cruiser from Terravenum.

I love communicating culture through design. Sauracians are all angles, blunt force, and A-team van stripes. https://t.co/zTpCUYNLfy

Learning Procreate!

I’ve wanted to illustrate Terravenum for ages, so I finally bought an iPad.

Pascal, our resident genius inventor Dromedarian, is my first test subject.

You can see from the chaos of the time lapse vid that I’m still figuring things out:) https://t.co/EI7015W38E

Cool color scheme and intriguing architecture. Sweet title font. But my fav feature is the smoke cloud pumping out of the spaceship. Suggests a mechanical problem. I love when small details tell a bigger story and draw me in for a closer look

I'm fascinated by this cover. The red vs blue scheme is timeless. Red cracks are intriguing. Is tech overloading? Glitches indicate we're in a digital simulation? We're clearly in the future. I'd 100% pick it up. Very curious about back cover design.

How can anything be so evocative and CLEAN? From restrained colors and reverse contrast to casual, but effective motion lines...what a beauty. When I invent a time machine, I'm making this a poster for 15-yr old Dito's wall.

Goliath Fallen by

I'm a sucker for creature design and this beast makes me want to know more. The color contrast between foreground flames and beast's eyes is super effective. Age of protagonist makes me think YA. I'd pick it up.

Where to start? With the freaking CHROME dragon or the heart wrenching color palette? Is it beautiful or merely awe-inspiring? Look, we're ALL picking this up from the bookshelf to ogle the cover. I'm curious what the back cover design is like.

I love the energy and intentionality. Particularly the burst of yellow and red low opacity flames. I'm all about the cyborg on top and katana on bottom. Cool hand-drawn vibe suggests epic and timeless
