In galgame "新世紀エヴァンゲリオン 綾波育成計画", you can go to the beach with Ayanami Rei, if her fatigue value is high, a drowning event will be triggered. You can give her mouth-to-mouth yourself or have the lifeguard do it. Unfortunately, there is no CG for either side.

In the flashback scene, the male protagonist performed CPR on a drowning girl when he was a child, but he thought he failed and ran away. After restoring his girlfriend's heartbeat, we found out that the girl was his girlfriend. In other words, he performed CPR on her twice.

I believe mouth-to-mouth only appears twice in this game, the second time being done to an unnamed female character. I recognized that this female character is also from リボンの騎士. I think someone in the development team has some desires for リボンの騎士's girls. lol

In DS game "ブラック・ジャック 火の鳥編", One of the cases is entirely about CPR; the first stage of the game will ask you to draw symbols on the touch screen to do CPR, and the second stage will ask you to tap on her chest in rhythm and blow into the microphone to simulate CPR.

This is the original version, if you want to play this game, I highly recommend you don't read any of the character introductions on the internet and make sure to clear all the routes!

A CG from a Galgame called Ever17, which is a pretty amazing game, but I played the original version in which this CG had her fully clothed. While there are some errors in this version of AED as well, I won't complain about it. :)
