I saw a video about how studying something simple will teach you more about colors and values than anything else so I chose an egg and used to paint (mostly because I miss oil. I’m in love with it, but was too lazy to set up and clean up afterward lol).

“Pierrefontaine-les-Varans Village” 2 hours oil on 30x20cm canvas panel - it’s the same spot I painted last summer. Did I improve or not? I don’t know, but I feel like I can do more complicated details, so that’s a good start. 😂

This is my isometric dream room. Only thing is missing is tech gadgets there and there, but that's okay. This is probably my first isometric-based illustration too because I never had a reason to do it before until now. 😂
