Arioulo is a reclusive, Gnome wizard/potion maker. He lives in the desert not far from a Thri-Kreen hive. The second picture is his traveling outfit. Although it does not fly, it can leap long distances and glide back down to earth.

Apparently dinner, some wine and distance solves this problem.

@n_quests The party I DM is on the plane of air. One possible task they might undertake is going here to collect 25 wyvern eggs for a local prince who's army has suffered some recent losses.

This floating volcanic rocks are a wyvern breeding ground. The volcano keeps the eggs toasty.
