Her name is Millow Doe. I don't have a ref for her but I have this images I use when I commission art. She has two oufits, the green/purple one is what she mostly wears. The brown/white dress is her casual outfit, mostly for special occasions or when it's cold.

btw this is the original design for this outfit.
My drawing style has different proportions from the Sonic style so it was kinda difficult to make. Over all I'm happy with how the model came out. I just wish I could port her on a game in the future.
