Here's some more sketches messing around with Uyo's design. Mainly trying out some different hairstyles, plus some more expressions that lean even harder into stylization and exaggerating her most prominent features.

As before, feedback is welcome if you're so inclined.

Some sketches experimenting with updating Uyo's design (along with her original design for comparison). Nothing's set in stone yet, just kinda trying stuff out, so feedback is welcome as well.

As usual, I'll go ahead and add some bonus development art and notes in the comments (though not all at once this time).

First off, here's Lina's original design from early 2019. This design is not being retconned, this is just how she looked when she was in her early 20s.

Finally finished my biggest design project yet. This is Lina, an innkeeper and an old character of mine. She's about 10 years older here (early 30s) and finally learned to be comfortable with her body and much more confident.

Did an impromptu colored sketch commission of a client's FFXIV character to shake off the rust while I'm getting back into working on art. #FFXIV #FFXIVART

I've always loved seeing all the BG characters in the Spooky Month cartoons, so I'll nominate Lily to be a #SM4Guest, since she fits the spooky theme best out of all my characters.

Still working on those sketches of Lina in different outfits and poses, but I got the first one done and wanted to post something this (long) weekend. So here's a teaser.

It's the moment you've all been waiting for...the reveal of Lon, my #FFXIV character that nobody knew existed.

She's a hapless adventurer who arrived late to the party, after countless other heroes already saved the world. Now she's just taking what fame and fortune she can get.
