New MINOR casting detail:

A few actors are now listed as extras for roles as “Kamar-Taj Apprentice” and “Kamar-Taj Defender” on The Mandy Casting Network.

Gargantos has only appeared in two comic issues — X-Factor (1986) Annual #4 & The Sub-Mariner (1968) #13. In both issues, Gargantos faced off against Namor.

In the comics, Gargantos is a gigantic octopus which serves Naga; Naga is a Lemurian emperor who wields the mystical Serpent Crown and is a foe of Prince Namor of Atlantis.

Benedict Wong has revealed that the cast & crew of DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS will wrap filming in September.

Kevin Feige previously confirmed that the film would wrap in April, so these are likely reshoots.
