I use bright, vivid, monochrome backgrounds to find gaps in color. I used red for this commission in progress of a bull character, and all I can see is one thing...

I'm doing all my scenes for Baxter's ref sheet in the same document. When I turn all the layers on, it looks like a very confusing clone machine group photo.
